Election day is Tuesday, November 7th! Circle this date on your calendars and set a reminder because Tuesday, November 7th is the day when your vote can make a real difference. It’s your chance to elect the leaders and representatives who will influence the policies and decisions that affect our city and its residents.
This year, we elect a new City Council and School Committee, so make sure you cast your vote! If you missed our City Council Candidates Night, you can watch a recording here and read candidates’ responses to our questionnaire here.
Do you have a plan in place to vote on or before Election Day? If not, check out these important resources:
Check Your Polling Place: Not sure where your polling place is? Check your voter registration status and your polling location at this website.
Early Voting: For those who prefer to vote ahead of time or need the flexibility of early voting, we have good news. The City of Cambridge is offering three early voting locations for your convenience: Valente Library, Cambridge Water Department, and the Main Cambridge Public Library. These sites are only open until Friday, November 3rd!

Vote by Mail: Tuesday, October 31st is the last day to request a mail-in ballot. Request the ballot here and return your ballot by mail as soon as possible or by 8pm on November 7th if you return your ballot in person at the Cambridge Election Commission (51 Inman Street).
